This is the case: I have done research on handheld museumtours. All literature I could find was about the pro’s and con’s and tips on basic things.

The company I was doing the research for asked me if clear action plans exist. A step-by-step practical plan. For example:
step 1. Write a scenario
step 2. Make video and audio recordings.
And so on.

A projectpage would be great, becaus eI think many museums can benefit from the research done!

If you would like to spell out the details of your project: its aims, your resources and vision – in a project page, I’d be happy to give you some pointers on the project plan in the open forum, and I imagine many others would have useful input as well. So you could ‘crowdsource’ your action plan and in the process create one that others having your question in future will be able to use!

I was wondering if there is some sort of ‘action plan’ people can use when they want to start using a handheld tour in their organisation or institution.

I have found numberous tips and tricks, but not yet a practical step-by-step plan.
Is this because it doesn’t exist (yet) or am I not looking in the right places?
