Museum & Mobile annual survey

Now in its second year, the 2011 Museum & Mobile annual survey received responses from 700+ museum professionals.  The objectives of the research was to develop knowledge share on:

• the objectives of Institutions’ use of mobile interpretation tools,
• the challenges and perceived challenges in developing and delivering a mobile interpretation tool in an Institution,
• the functionalities envisioned as important to the medium’s future in Institutions, and
• those aspects of mobile interpretation on which further knowledge share is most desired by the community.
